Smithsonian Institution Victor Building Project
The Smithsonian Institution, in preparation for the sale of the Victor Building, contracted CC&C Management Services to relocate staff members and their office contents from the Victor Building to the Capital Gallery Building and other locations throughout the Washington, DC Metropolitan area. CC&C provides 3rd Party Logistics (3PL) services including: space planning; project management; asset inventory; furniture and filing systems procurement, installation, reconfiguration, and disposal; supervise and execute the relocation of staff, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), and data centers. Other tasks included the handling and relocation of artifacts, one-of-a-kind items, collectables, exhibits, and unique artifacts and antiquities.
