Smithsonian Institution Arts and Industries

CC&C Management Services relocated four Smithsonian Institution Departments: Contributing Membership (CM); Office of Special Events and Protocol (OSEP); Ombudsman (OMBUD); and AIB Office of  Exhibits (OFEO) from the Smithsonian Arts and Industries Building to Quad #3 at L’Enfant Plaza.  CC&C relocated approximately 45 personnel office workstations, furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E), files, antiques, and art work.  The CC&C move team was responsible for overall project management, coordination, move scheduling, pre-move planning, logistic support, coordination with staff and other vendors, labor, equipment, delivery of packing materials (crates and cartons), labeling and supplies.
