FBI Laboratory Relocation Project

CC&C Management Services assisted the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Laboratory Division (LAB) relocation, from its facilities at FBI Headquarters (FBIHQ) to the New Laboratory Building (NLB) at the FBI Academy, Quantico, VA.    CC&C developed a Master Relocation and Migration for each relocating lab unit (e.g. Forensic Labs) and managed power/installation requirements, document security, disassembly/reassembly testing requirements, and special handling requirements for sensitive furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E).  CC&C also helped establish a re-use plan for existing furniture to be moved from FBIHQ to NLB.

Project Highlights:

- Relocation expanded usable space from 200,000 sq. ft. to 394,000 sq. ft.
