Construction Joint Ventures

The Construction Joint Ventures are managed by Jacob Artz

CC&C is working closely with Scheibel Construction in the SBA  Mentor Protege Program (Approval from the SBA pending).     This Joint venture is considered a small business and allows us to participate in programs under the 8(a).

Scheibel Construction provides its clients focused, undivided & personal attention on all project details to ensure that critical deadlines are met and a superior product is constructed at a  competitive price.

We are also working with Bailey Construction in a joint venture to pursue SDVOSB construction opportunities.

The Joint Ventures will have the capabilities to execute:

• Green Building/ Leed Certified Projects
• General Contracting
• Design/Build
• Construction Management
